I guess that backstabbing Constable Neyla (Sly Cooper 2) is monologing her evil plan of World Conquest to Carmelita Montoya before she ships her off to the Contessa to be brainwashed into a criminal lackey (or bellydancer ... perhaps in the deleted concept dancer outfit that was cut from the game.). Either way Sly will rescue her. :)
