nah, it seems like the actual issue is with my tablet itself- mspaint seems exempt from the issues my tablet has been having because it doesnt have a pen pressure system, and my plug has been randomly disconnecting and fucking with pen pressure
ultimately i figured it out and should be fine with that in mind, but it seems more like a hardware issue than a software one
