I tried a few different things before I got what they are now... they weren't that complicated once I got them straight =)

Clouds ellude me...I tend to just go nute with the Dry Brush brush

Well, I took the water color brush (not the water2 brush) and put in the darkest color of the clouds, in this case a dark blue. Then I took the airbrush with the highlight color, set to a low alpha, and dabbed in where I wanted the highlights to be, swapping back to the darker color for shadows and such.
