Hello, I`m still alive
- I haven't been on social media for a long time lately.
- I have something like depression or apathy, I haven't visited a doctor, so I can't make an accurate diagnosis.
- I feel depressed and lethargic all the time and can't bring myself to contact my clients or other interlocutors.
- I only communicate with a couple of friends and close relatives.
!! Information for potential clients: - I ask you to cancel or reschedule commissions for an indefinite period (it may be a month or more)
- I will clear all correspondence to "start life over again" (Correspondence with unpaid commissions) Don't take it personally, I'm not trying to offend you, I just really need a reboot.
- I want to create a couple of "YCH"s because I plan to slowly get back to work on art (It's easier than commissions, and my brain is still working very poorly)
- Thank you for understanding.
God, thank you that I hate alcohol or drugs, I'm afraid to imagine what I would look like if I used it.
I am sure that I will recover very soon and will delight you with new drawings again.

Horrible to see this happen to someone who's always been a bastion of humor and creative energy,
but we do, in fact, live in a crazy world of injustice, lies and violence,
and it takes superhuman effort just to feed and water oneself,
to say nothing of maintaining an artistic career.
It is good to see that you are fully aware of this burnout,
and are taking reasonable damage control measures.
If you do decide to visit a therapist, talk to a friend
who has had experience with that kind of thing,
and ask them to walk you through the basics
of it all, otherwise it may be very daunting
for a first-timer.
Take care, and don't be hard on yourself.
You'll get to the other side of this,
and breathe easy once again.
Oh, and this is clearly your finest work, a beautiful museum worthy masterpiece!
It will have art critics foaming at the mouth! With admiration!

EveDepressive Disorder doesn’t mean sadness. It’s a sudden lack of energy and motivation. Do you want to slip under your bed covers and stay there all day despite knowing you shouldn’t? That’s depression.
It can be either temporary or chronic. If unmedicated, I recommend that you force yourself to eat three times a day and get as much sunshine as possible (even if it’s simply napping in a chair on the outside patio). If you don’t eat or get sunlight, it’ll make the depression worse.
I hope you feel better!

As a recreational consumer of cannabis, I highly advise a toke with friends in a chill location where nothing can spoil your buzz.
If that's unappealing, getting out of your usual space for a short time is often enough to lift one's mood. Even for introverted people, leave your space until you start to miss it, if possible, can get you out of those doldrums. If you've not taken a vacation in a good while (or whatever it is you consider relaxing) it might be time.
The ability to take a step away from your problems, scream and yank out as much hair required to feel better before reassuming the position, is, and forever will be, a sacred art.
You're stronger than you give yourself credit for, even when you feel at your weakest, and never forget these words.
Peace
