This is amazing! I love the painterly (is that even a word? xD) style you've used on this. She looks so cute! x3
It looks very realistic, you did an excellent job! The background is good, kinda blurry but that puts more focus on the character who is the main focal point of the picture. Though, I do really love how you did her reflection on the water, lots of people forget that xD
