The official look for the Feraxian homeworld of Cedhbyrxa, and the character Big Momma Fiona from the first playtest, which showcases what one of the Ferax with gigantism looks like. A bazillion thanks to the artist Onikkussu for the careful attention to detail and the fair number of revisions along the way to get it just right!
As expected, it was extremely difficult to get a non-oriental cyberpunk setting made since there's no real reference art for celtic cyberpunk to use. I think she totally captured the idea of "trying to retain some traditional look, but cheap and run down without a lot of natural resources available" quite well, where they want it to look like wood and stone but a lot of it ends up being plastic or metal with a cheap coating to make it look more traditional as best they can. Tricky to pull off, but I think it worked out!
For those wondering why one of the pyramids is upside down, the Ferax have a severe overpopulation problem on their homeworld since they produce litters of 4-6 offspring at a time which makes it difficult to control their numbers. As such, they currently tend to build in areas like caves so they can take advantage of both the floor and the ceiling for extra building space. They also use large arcologies/ziggurats in the shape of pyramids to house enormous amounts of population within their walls, and just use illusion magic inside to make the apartments inside feel like they're outdoor areas.
