I've had this character in mind for a while. With all the raiders, cannibals, cultists, and dark gods, there's a man called the Last Follower of Senka. He travels the land looking to revive Senka the Godeater, a creature of unknown origin who had almost wiped the goddesses off the earth, but lost to the Withering Mother and was sealed away.

This sad looking girl here is Louelle or Lou for short. Lou is a teenage girl whose father experimented on her with an inky substance called Ichor. Depending on how much Ichor gets ingested it would twist their body into horrible monstrosities. But drink too much and it'll begin to deteriorate your mind until you're a former husk of what you once were. Just another mindless monster in the waste. Lou's dad wanted to see how much someone could safely drink until they've lost their mind, but he didn't wanna do it himself! Lucky for him he had a child just sitting around! It's okay the last follower of Senka saved her and Lou began to venture out into the waste with him to look for the Godeater. Thankfully Lou didn't drink enough to lose herself... completely. The side effect from drinking so much Ichor is that she'll go into a blind rage whenever blood is spilled.

What's what? wtf even is Ichor? It's the blood of the 13 Dark Sisters of course! How it's removed from the goddesses is unknown, but there are a handful of Blood Vendors who travel around and give people a drop for a hefty price. The ones on top are the only ones who were known to drink it. Makes you wonder how a scientist got his hands on so much of it 🤔
