One of the things I bring around with me to conventions is a booklet of art that shows off things I've done, though the contents aren't for sale. Steve Martin had been looking through it and asked if I could draw him one of the "Goth Hens" that appears in a (long delayed and suffering) comic book project I'd been working on. This was the end result.
