beeen haaaaaving idea for time

a world where magic is outlawed cuz of its dangers and its mostly a lost art
but this lil smol cutie (hank) been taught how to do it by a dragon and he wants to show the world how magic can be beautiful
in the story hes bit of an outcast, people don't like him for what hes trying to do
hes got a heart of gold, a very cheerful happy jazzy personality, optimistic and dancing , charming and witty.

still got a lot of the ideas in my mind just wanna make it into an actual comic story at one point
