That´s totally what I thought!! It would be more complicated if actually none or at least one of his offspring wouldn´t be from any of the other guys then, or not so clearly on, that would be so interesting what might happen than if just one alone of all dudes sired all or most of the spawn Incineroar is loaded within!

It´s very likely he actually got one offspring for each one of the dudes which breeded him, or if all are in agreement before birthing happening probably, that all the offspirngs will be shared between all of them regardless of the biological-features showing after birthing so then it´s when will be known if all, some of them or just one owns biologically the offspring growing within him!! (Actually the most complicated issue might be if the offspring isn´t from any of them or one doesn´t shows clear evidence of being of any of the guys so... that will be more complicated if just one or a few or all got offspring biologically with him then!!)
