In the past, on my old account, I had a mate in the form of Marie, a Shiny Latias. They came to be thanks to a friend of mine who I RPed with, Rob, and we enjoyed doing stuff with her, including turning my human self into a Shiny Latios.

However, recent events with them has caused them to mostly, but not fully, leave the Pokémon fandom - not going to say much other than the fact that certain threats made by the toxic side was the final straw for them - and as such, nearly all of their characters which were Pokémon would become either Digimon or Pals after a 'reset' which just recently happened when April 1st ended.

As a side effect, my Latios self - at least with stuff relating to that friend and with Marie - has been effected as a result, being turned into a Lunaris (and which has become my new profile picture on Discord), and Marie is now a Katress.
