Karamador: Tourney in Aborku, Page 71
posted a year ago Fantasy Artist | Support me with Shinies!
Suomalaiset huom! Tämän sivun suomenkielinen versio löytyy täältä (the Finnish version of this page is here): https://mediasaunaraahe.wordpress.c.....aiset-sivu-71/
The knights introduce themselves to the audience, and Zak isn't happy to see that the silverfox knight Sir Orlando and fox princess Anima seem to be somewhat close.
The coat of arms on the banners on panel 1 are the coat of arms of East-Pohjoland, based on the 1600's version of Finland's coat of arms.
For panels 1 and 3 I took some reference and inspiration from the jousting scene from an old computer game Defender of The Crown (Cinemaware, 1988). For the looks of some of the knights I got inspiration from knights seen at jousting tournaments held here in Finland at medieval fairs.
Comments and faves are always appreciated! New pages are coming every tuesday!
