I used an Image gnerator a few times and firsthand, even with the one I being free and clearly using art from the same (hopefully being paid or at least giving permission) artist, it did not look horrible, but it can't do shit right. I asked for a character with four eyes, had an idea of the picture in my head and I would have drawn it or got it commission but I suck at art and it was just meant to be a quick visual thing for me. It gave the character three eyes, one eye, five eyes, A tail with an eye, no eyes, two eyes, and then after trying for about an hour, I got a character with four eyes, but the hair was the wrong color. Overall, if you need something done, draw it or do a commission. Because it took me about two hours for a quick reference of a character when writing. Now I just remember the character details using either a notepad or my brain and visualizing the character. I have no money for commissions and I cannot draw to save my life, but I hella agree with this message. Ai is a tool, not an artist.

I agree with the last part but I don't agree with the rest anymore. I looked into it and the site I used to use has no credits. Absolutely so scummy.
