A ref sheet commission by Miqosandy - find their website here - a gift a few years back from

The name is a reference, yes, I'm not the best with names, but it works as a bit of a pun too. ANyway!! I've wanted a bird of prey character for a good long while, but I don't know them too well yet. The Red-throated Caracara felt like a good choice both because of the beauty of these birds, their distribution (overlapping with the Keel-Bill Toucan), and because that face fits very nicely with a red tie and white shirt. Also he looks good with a ring (even if it's a bit too loose for his safety). I need to actually give him some substance, but for now I'm just happy to finally upload his ref.
