Horrible horrible computer-cam photos of something im experimenting with right now. This design is more reliant on illusion and are made pretty much just on highheel shoes. Not boots. remember, layers and bulk are the enemy when going for a slender, close fitting, human-proportioned shape!
Overall Its not so much unique in terms of whats been going on for digitdrage for years, some padding here, some padding there, but the idea is to see how little padding I could put on while still maintaining a convincing shape and a relatively small garment.
Ummm.. its essentially a thigh-high boot design, IE: they wont be connected like a pair of pants, wich means, and I think a lot of people will appreciated this: You get a fuller digitgrade with your partial, without bulking-up your ass
(...well it s cool to me : p) annnnd you can use the restroom easily at cons or whatever.
The colors and lines used int he construction of the skin itself are intended to fool the eye into beleiving a more slender, dainty lower leg. I imagine this could be punched up further by doing a longer-pile fur fromt he knee up as well.
OH! and currently the fur is just pinned-shut at the back. It should be smoother when Im done : )
Better photos soonish.

I've always had problems with thigh-high boots slipping down. Do you think it might be a good idea to have something to hold them up? Maybe straps on the sides that attach to a belt or something?
They look fantastic, though. Way better than the traditional bulky ones.

It looks like your foot is at a really high angle (like all your weight entirely on your toes and the ball of your feet) is that so, or is it an illusion? If it's the case, is it comfortable to stand or walk in? Otherwise, it looks cool--wish you had better pics though. With your leg lifted rather than pictures of your weight distribution standing, it's hard to tell what it'll actually end up looking like.
Love the feathering, though! How'd you pull that off?

Total illustion ^_^, My wight is on both my heels and my toes in these pics, the heel on the shoes these are built on is only about 3 inches tall so the angle is pretty gentle and thats pretty much the idea with these- I wanted to try and work with illusion rather than actually on-toe design like my boots : )
