My guess is that you haven't actually caught the culprit. What tipped me off is the vehicular manslaughter charge, you'd need a humanoid Pokemon to do that. That limits it to either a Zoroark or Delphox if it specifically has to be a fox Pokemon.

The Zorua might have been able to do it while illusioned, but you would have known it was them as any impact would have broken their illusion.

I wanna say it's nickit just because of the Grand Theft. it's not Grand Theft Auto...just "Grand Theft" and...but nickit can't learn any fire moves for Arsen...so it's down to Fennekin or Vulpix......what's getting me here is "potential vehicular manslaughter" as they are foxes...

I think i get it...A BOLT OF BRILLIANCE! the culprit has to be Fennekin! Fennekin is a fire type...so it can pull of arsen easily. but it can also learn psychic attacks like psychic itself...allowing it to not only take things without holding it for it's grand theft...but also manipulate things around them...like steering moving vehicles...or even parked ones...at potential people trying to catch it as it says "potential" vehicular manslaughter. means it doesn't necissarily have to be "driving" it...plus out of all the pokemon in this lineup...fennekin looks completely unphased...perhaps feeling pretty comfortable about not being caught being next to a pokemon with such a dark aura like hisuian zorua that it thinks they will just skip over him...while poor vulpix is nervous and crying not sure why it's even here...and nickit looks too clean to have been up to any mischief at the time.

Fennekin, it's the only pokemon with access to both 'Thief' and fire attacks.
