Rookie is one of my TUGS fan-characters.

Rookie is one of Bigg City Port's fire tugs. He's the newest member of the Bigg City Port's fire tug fleet. He is fire tug number 4. He hasn't seen much action when it comes to fire fighting, hence the name 'Rookie.' Rookie doesn't get much sleep cause he tends to go out lat at night for reasons unknown. He's a bit of a quiet tug and doesn't talk much. It's not that he's shy, it's just cause... Well he decides not to talk alot of the time.
