I sketched this up a few weeks back, I just went over it again and cleaned up the lines.

I tried to have as many of the features resemble their older counterpart whilst completely overhauling the design.
Sector Patrol is the universal police force of their galaxy. It is mainly comprised the lizard-like race known as the Sliyvrn. The helmets of their uniforms are designed to honour the avian god that they once worshiped when they were a primitive race.
Also they have hooves.
'cause it's cute.
