I call this an Interlude as the focus is more concentrated, and these are different modes used within, like observation entries and poetry.
More of a focus on Twilight Sparkle. She has been stricken by her usual need to observe and understand. But too much observing, has led to something more than just trying to understand.
Poetry used, in order: William Blake, "A Poison Tree"; Thomas Gray, "Sonnet on the Death of Richard West", William Wordsworth, "Lines composed a Few Miles above Tintern Abbey, on Revisiting the Banks of the Wye during a Tour, July 13, 1798".
Characters and MLP: FiM © Hasbro, The Hub and Lauren Faust to various degrees. Crescent Sliver is mine, though.

Oh, wow. Things have darkened considerably- I never really gave much thought to the possibility of truly destructive magic in Equestria, but I suppose it could manifest. I'm kind of surprised to see that side come out of Twilight, but I suppose if anything could do it, it would certainly be that. Very interesting.
Love, as they say, makes the world go 'round. It also "burned the topless towers of Illium." Pnkie Pie is, to Twilight, Helen of Troy, Cleopatra, Ariadne, Penelope. She'll do anything. Anything.
Also, thanks for glossing over Princess Celestia getting boned. I want that to be suitably subtle and placed in the background, as there are more important matters.
