The ram checked his order list one last time. 6 pizzas, 5 orders of bread sticks, another 5 orders of cheese sticks, and a couple of sodas. "Must be quite the party going on." He thinks to himself as he packs them into his carrying backpack and slings it over his shoulder. Approaching the house, it was actually quite peaceful other than the sound of a TV coming through one of the windows. Was he at the right place? He expected some kind of party or the like going on and while he can see what he assumes to be a inflatable structure of some kind in the backyard it was otherwise quiet. He thinks back to the order form and the address is right, he might just be here before the party he assumes and knocks on the door.
"Delivery!" He bleats out, shuffling back from the door expecting someone to be there in a moment. Instead though, he hears from somewhere in the backyard a shout of "Hey, back here! Come around to the back if you don't mind." This take him by surprise for a moment until he remembers the rest of the order and the request on it to "Bring the food around to the back yard" How could he have forgotten that when he had just read the order? Guess it's just too early in the morning. It was a short walk anyway so he makes his way around to the back.
His hooves dig into the yard as he comes to a stop at the sight before him. Instead of a inflatable mascot or a party, before him laid an orca, a massive, round orca! Easily the size of a box truck,no, a train! This orca had a table and everything set up before him and seemed to be reaching into the house behind him for something. "De-deliv..." he sputters out, in shock at the sight before him. The mound of blubber shakes a bit before a head appears out from behind it, "Good morning! For Luorca, right?" He says before a flabby arm comes around with a wallet in it's grip. "Now umm..., mhmm... there we are! The orca says as he reaches out with the money. It takes the ram a moment to compose himself and remember he's here to deliver to them.
He nods silently and takes off the backpack, laying everything out on the table and putting the pack back on before taking the payment. "G-great thanks from Hanks." He says, purely on instinct from his hundred of other deliveries. "Thank ya, have a good morning there!" The orca says with a wave as the ram slowly makes his way back to the delivery van. This, this was going to be quite the gossip for the chefs back at the pizzeria.
I happily munched on some bread sticks while I maneuvered the pizzas and cheese sticks over to where I could more easily reach them. Laying them out in a neat row in preparation. It may sound odd to myself to think this but it's been... liberating to just be able to eat again. Not worrying about getting stuck or clothes explosions happening and man, it surely showed as it's been some time since even I saw myself like this even with slimes or air or anything really. Guess the thought of fitting back into my own home was a bigger motivator to keep slim than I thought and now that that ship has sailed long ago my appetite is taking full advantage of that. Not that I mind much, very little rain and plenty of warm sun has left me feeling particularly lazy. So much so that I think i'll just have a nap after finishing all this.
