The short list, I used mulberry paper, acrylic, gouache, watercolor and ink. The new additions are the watercolor and goache and ink, and using a pallette knife for a good portion of this.

Start with the ink/ pallette knife. Swipe around and figure out what the hell you just did. Refine with ink, acrylic, gouache n' watercolor. Add paper on top of that to embelish textures, paint and refine some more. I'm doing the same technique for my Cover image to Caelum Sky, cept more of my refining is going into digital parts. It's a cop-out. But this. at least this was fun.
