A one trick genie, all she can do is re-size herself to fit into that bottle...So her mean ol' master just sends her to her bottle...But i think she's starting to win her wish to remain life-sized....
Started off to be just a cute genie picture to practice using vector tools (bezier curves, etc), then the trick of her resizing occurred to me, along with it being an expression of my frustration with small sized images online. This is actual size, and see how detail gets lost as she shrinks...i typically work at around 4,000, to 6,000 pixels or more - shrink that down to 1000 pixels - no it doesn't look "sharper" - the opposite- it's blurred, the details that gave it life are gone...
So much for my protest rant...cuz...that's one cute little genie....awwww...! :)

Yep, she is!
i never thought about doing any more pics of her, but i just recently started a couple pic of the vixen from my "Fox Appeal" pic, so i've been looking at a lot of my "one-off" character pics and thinking of doing more pics of some of them....
But i've also started work on the first of my long-put-off graphic novels. i'll need to take breaks from it though, so i will get to some new pics - but what comes first i have no idea as they'll be things i do to relax from the emotionally intense story...
