Nickname: Stormy (mostly everyone call him that), Cloudy (more intimate nickname, only family members, close friends and Misty can call him that), Kwisatz Haderach (by Adam), boy/kid/brat (by Adam)

Powers and abilities: Having trained ever since he was a kid under Alice's tutelage, StormCloud has a peak-physical and mental condition. His strength, stamina, speed and endurance are far superior than any normal Mobian and he's extremely well-versed in a great deal of martial arts and fighting styles. He's extremely smart, especially on the battlefield, capable of devising strategies in milliseconds and implement them flawlessly. His own father said that sparring with him feels like playing chess while running a marathon, as he can always keep his enemies on their toes with clever strategies and attack them with strong, fast attacks.
All this without even considering his powers, which allow him to freely manipulate the weather on a psionic level. Due to his relatively young age, however, his body and mind are not able to withstand the full extent of his powers, which have been described by Adam as "capable of letting him become one thing with the universe itself" and has used them in very limited, albeit spectacular manner. He's able to freely manipulate:
-wind, using it for traversal as he can generate a current strong enough to lift him and other things and people in the air and propel him at great speeds (although Adam has hinted that overtime he might not need to summon the winds to fly at all due to his Babylonian roots) and to attack with rapid vortexes capable of blocking attacks and disorient enemies or even dissipate the storm clouds he forms, which can generate all kinds of storms.
-lightning, by channeling electromagnetic energy in the air and releasing it either by his hands or from the sky as his main form of offense.
-water, being able to cause rain, floods and creating mist and fog.
-ice, by freezing the water he summons to create snow, hail and even just flash freeze objects by conjuring freezing cold winds.
-he can even bend light and combine it with his mist-generating abilities to become invisible.
He's shown to also see the world in weather patterns and can even sense and detect life force and other objects through his bond with the biosphere, though this requires deep concentration to do so.
These powers have been granted to him at birth by his heritage as the Kwisatz Haderach and, as he grows, he gets sensibly stronger and better at controlling his powers. He's capable of fully unlocking his potential if he pushes himself beyond his limit. Though this process grants him the ability to control the entire biosphere of the planet he's currently on and probably even allowing him to replicate his powers in the vacuum of space, it's not without its risks as it drains him completely of energy and leaves him weakened and moody for quite some time.
Description: Sky and Alice had their first born soon after marrying each other, after the Forces War and after founding the Runaways. StormCloud had grown within the Runaways base and sees every member as family. At the age of five, he was kidnapped by Jet and the Babylon Rogues, who believed him to be the key to access the Rock of Eternity, a power source located in the canyons near where Babylon Garden once rose (in the Sonic Riders game) only to find it guarded by the monstrous creature their kind referred to as the Angel. Though heavily taxing on his body and mind, StormCloud was able to fend off the monster before being returned to his family. When he turned 18 he met and requitedly fell in love with Misty, an alternate reality daughter of Sonic and Blaze, and Ultima, daughter of Terios who also fell obsessively in love with him. He had to face alone the menace of Adam the Black, returned after 5000 to rule and destroy the world as we know it but also to kill StormCloud, since he was fated to "bring the mad king to his knees". During the fight, StormCloud was able to talk his way into Adam's heart, convincing him that destroying everything would not bring him the peace he wanted, thus in the end making him give up his destructive intent, making the prophecy come true against his knowledge. Now, he's training with Adam to become stronger and be the Kwisatz Haderach of the prophecy.
