She is formerly one of the 10 Divine Beasts, a group of powerful apex predators that could not be hunted or tamed due to their immense power. She was tamed by a being of artificial intelligence who possessed too much information for her to consume, filling her belly and rendering her immobile. According to the laws of the Divine Beasts, she was stripped of her title and became the AI's loyal pet, bound to serve it and incapable of attacking it.
