So this was an idea I've had in the works for a while now, had a sketch that I kept working on on and off for months, and eventually got it in a state that I felt happy with, and inked it and coloured it today, so yea. :)
I always found Mr. Horse cute honestly, as much as people call Ren and Stimpy ugly, I think some of the base designs are cute! Like when they don't deliberately put a lot of detail and grotesque design into it, there's designs from that show that are very appealing, and Mr. Horse especially is just a really good anthro design imo, so yea, I've wanted to do something with him for a while.
I don't know exactly how he got all bloated and puffed up like this, but needless to say, he seems pretty disgruntled by being a big blimp floating in the sky.
Pretty happy with the end result for this, honestly I'd like to do more with him in the future, and with other designs from that show I like, like
maybe I might be the first one to draw expansion art of Muddy Mudskipper eventually? :O
