Don't use Psywave! You could cause a desync and glitch up the battle! '^'

Yeah it's like... if you use it, it has a minimum damage of 1, but if the opponent uses it, it can deal a minimum of 0 damage. So if your opponent uses Psywave to deal 0 damage to you, on their end it would say it dealt 1 damage.
