This is the reference sheet for my plain-faced mouse character Sprinkles. Sprinkles is a fairly regular rodent. He finds his way into houses and eats cheese. Aside from his bizarrely colored whiskers, he is easily lost in a crowd of other mice. However, compared to most mice, he is hilariously oblivious when it comes to cats. Even as they lift him up by the tail and dangle him over their mouths, he just can't seem to take the hint, instead thinking they just want to be friends. Sprinkles's good nature has somehow allowed him to survive all these years, as cats ultimately end up finding him too "sweet" to eat. He shows them a genuine warmth and kindness that sometimes surpasses that of their owners, making them prefer to cuddle with him than eat him.

Cupcake has particular difficult dealing with Sprinkles due to her volatile emotions. Even though he's the easiest prey imaginable, she always loses her nerve and making a fool of herself in front of him. Due to how Cupcake behaves, Sprinkles thinks he and Cupcake are best friends. The two cannot communicate verbally, but he can read her body language that there's a strong connection between them. Try as she might, Cupcake cannot bring herself to eat Sprinkles. No matter how much she tries to bully and attack him, his sweetness finds a way to pierce her soft heart.
