An Eevee based off the concept of being undead and a ghost, mixed together. 'A regional variant from a lost land, this Eevee is capable of many evolutions just like the one we all know and love. Its coat is rough and its eyes appear to pierce your soul. Evolution is thought still possible but has not been recorded yet.' Thought Typing: Ghost or Ghost/Dark
