Looks like an argument broke out between the two hefty ascended. Even though they are both enormous, neither wants to be labeled as the “fat” one. This “battle” will surely be short lived as their fatty frames make fighting very difficult. After a few minutes of squishing into each other, they’ll quickly wheeze out a truce between huffs and puffs. Then they’ll waddle to the dining hall for a celebratory feast.

I'm pretty sure Azir is the one "fanning the flames" of discourse between the two in secret. His motivation must be so he can eventually have two massive waterbed bellies to lay on and smooch for hours. That is, if the two brothers don't find out first and bury him under their enormous bellies as punishment. Though I feel Azir would still end up the winner in that scenario as well.
