An unnamed species of domesticated beast from Gye'in. There is a distinct sexual-dimorphism between male and females; males are only half the size of sexually mature females, which impacts the roles that the different genders carry out in societies.
Males tend to pull carriages and wagons, as well as serving as mounts for riders.
Females haul heavy machinery and large farm equipment, and aren't commonly used in civilian related activities.
Both genders are used in warfare, with specially bred males as chargers and females hauling siege equipment.
A properly armored female can also serve as a formidable attack beast, though has been known to lose the ability to discriminate between her enemies and her allies when driven into a frenzy.
