500 gr tuna fillet
1 lemon
Salt
Cut the fish to long pieces pour salt and lemon and done simple right? Oh and you can add rice bowl too if you want full stomach lol
From Chris: Simple is right, however, you will need to ask your fishmonger for sushi-grade (as in, absolutely 100% fresh) tuna and salmon.
Also, look to other countries if you are looking to make something different, i.e, ceviche, crudo or carpaccio.
