This might be a case of gun geekery on my end, but what caliber IS that thing chambered in? The magazine is double-column, and the rounds are point-ended as is common for most, as opposed to the squared-off fronts common to the .500 S&W or .50 AE rounds. Despite looking like it might be chambered in .44 or lower, the gun itself looks extremely heavy, giving it a feel that the weapon is meant to take large, high-powered rounds. The only other thing that comes to mind is some wildcat rounds, essentially cut-down rifle rounds...
