The High Counsil Demon of Pride. Bonnie runs the Carnival Sector of Hell, home to the Cirque Du Morte. While the Carnival Sector has the smallest population of demons living there, it more than makes up for it in tourism, with demons travelling from all sectors of Hell to watch Bonnie's amazing show every single day, and lining up to play carnival games galore, both of which being designed to torture sinners for entertainment. Bonnie is very cocky and full of herself, genuinely believing herself to be above the rest of the High Counsil. She's rather smug, too, and is always looking for an opportunity to show off. She's easily among the most sadistic of the High Counsil members.
