Jesse Ping always wanted to help people. The teen always volunteered when she could for her community. Her upbringing taught her to always help someone in need and she’s followed that but always feels she could do more…
“Hello….is someone there…” a faint voice came from an alley. Jessie immediately got into a fighting stance. “Who’s there?” she asked.
“Over..here..” the voice said. Jesse went into the alley and could see no one.
“Down here…” the voice said from under her. She jumped back at the sight of a shimmering puddle of blue goop.
“Don’t be afraid….I need your help…”
Jesse cautiously moved forward. “My help?”
“Yes…your world is under siege by others like me who want to forcefully use your people as host. If they are not stopped many will suffer…if we join I can help you fight these invaders…”
Jesse raised an eyebrow. “How do I know you’re not one of these ‘invaders’?”
“Otherwise we wouldn’t be having this conversation….” The goop responded. “I have to join a willing host for my essence to be transferred here in this world.”
“What happens to me?” Jesse asked. “My strength becomes yours, my abilities become yours, our minds will function as one, but you’ll still be you and I’ll still be myself.”
Jesse thought long about it. “Hurry, time is of the essence…but if you refuse I understand, I can always wait for someone else…”
If what this strange being was saying is true, then a lot of people could be in danger…and if she walked away now, she wouldn’t feel right.
Jesse took a breath and nodded. “All right, I’ll do it…”
“…are you sure?” the voice asked. Jesse nodded.
“Then reach your hand out and touch my form…”
Jesse kneeled and did so.

This is another story from my concept ‘stretched’ where pokemon anthros exist as gooey latex forms that need a human host to live in our world, and this is one of the defenders on our behalf, if you will. Jesse ping was a joint character made by me and
swack16 in another roleplay and I thought I’d show her here in the stretched series. Those who know how I use the pings in my other works may know what she’ll become but if you don’t that’s fine.XD
