You've written this very nicely... I often have dreams about flying. I've always wanted to write something about flying in detail like this, but I am no writer unfortunatly.

Wow. Thanks. I really wish I could have more dreams like that. The yearning for air, ever higher. A rush to break the bonds of earth and soar on through the stars.

I like your poem. I frequently dream of flying (just had another flight dream this morning). Makes my heart ache wishing it could be real. I'm a pilot too but I'm never satisfied with the noisy metal contraptions compared to the flight of my dreams as an eagle.
