Tictoc (presumably from TikTok), is a social media site similar to Facebook and Instagram, but with a focus on short videos for posted content.
Like Instagram, it's designed for small singular posts. Where Instagram wants pictures, TikTok wants videos that are about 15-60 seconds long.
Like Facebook, it has algorithms trying to find and display content based upon what you've viewed/liked before, to provide a list of TikTok videos "for you".
