Like i get it's commonly seen in sprites in games, maybe some Manga utilize similar smear effect visuals, but we're never gunna see someone who draws like you, colors like you, and has the same inspirations as you put all this together.
Man i just love seeing you work on veemon <3
Hopefully, the rest of the moveset will be good.
