Are you sure your talking about Macaroni Grille? Because whenever I go, it takes a good amount of time for the food to come. The only time it didn't take that long was after lunch hour, and that still took around 30-40 minutes.
But yea, that is the best part. And the bread.

I have an interesting Macaroni Grille experience. Well, my entire family was going out to dinner there and we were all pretty hungry. So we were seated and we scribbled on the table and chatted... And our waiter didn't even come at all. For at least twenty minutes. We got up and left.
But in general I like the place. That was just weird.
