Personality: To describe this guy, he's a sophisticated shit-talker. He belittles those who he thinks aren't worthy. He doesn't refuse challenges either to show that he's not a coward or to let someone smear the Alumont family name. He usually shows himself to be a refined, brilliant individual with courage and valor. He's also very honest about what he see or thinks of anything. He does have an honor code in battle too.
Likes: Reading Novels, Tea, French Cuisune, Puzzles, Chess, Othello, Draughts (Checkers)
Dislikes: Cowards, Barbarians, unsophisticated people.
Background: Reginald comes from a prestigious wealthy family line of Serpent Pokemon back in Unova that were part of the nobility back in the medival times. His family nowadays take government positions, traders, Lawyers and merchants in Unova and are known for dressing very old-fashioned-like.
Combat: Reginald has learned swordfighting, fencing, and using a whip. He's known for using Vine Whip in battle and is pretty skilled at it too.

You know Kidomax, I love your morphs, I truelly do, but you have not done one yet of my favorite crittermon, being that of Porygon-Z. And I CHALLENGE you to try!

My thoughts first turned to Alucard from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Mainly for the vest and jacket. Also, the slight similarity in the names: ALUcard, ALUmont. The "mont" part of the name seems to borrow from the the Belmonts, the family with a history of vampire hunting.
I wouldn't be surprised if these were an inspiration to Reginald's last name and design.
