Not much to say here, it's actually just a redesign, or rather a giant overhaul, of the character originating from this picture -- https://www.furaffinity.net/view/44961946/
The blue-colored animal sitting in his high-chair was supposed to take inspiration from Perry the Platypus from ''Phineas & Ferb'', except this new design that's shown in this new picture ACTUALLY looks like a Platypus.
