Continuation of Bloodmoon's reformation 101 course with Foxy.
When he whined about being told no to feast on human blood as he was used to, Foxy instead instructed him to hunt for fish and seagulls in the sea he was living right next door to. Bloodmoon vowed to kill off the entire fish population just to spite Foxy.
Of course I had to try and draw his efforts into that.
