From left to right:
Harmonia values peace and harmony above all else, but her idea of a perfect world is one where no one can ever encounter anything that might upset them. She's the passive-aggressive moralizing sort who doesn't want anyone to get ideas 'above their station'.
Synesthesia is creative and optimistic to a fault, and also cheerfully irresponsible. She's responsible for the existence of magic, but claims that nothing that happens because of it is her fault. She just likes seeing what happens when different things come together. She can hope for the best, but if it leads to strife - tragic, but not her problem.
Typhonia is the over-the-top fighting-spirit-and-courage type. She believes that might makes right. She's the goddess unwittingly worshipped by legions of adolescent boys who think the epitome of cool is huge guys with muscles and guns blowing buildings up and ripping out their enemies' spines.
The overarching plotline of the world of Tessera revolves around these three. I've tried to be very careful to make sure none of them were necessarily good or evil, but they are in constant conflict with one another. Synesthesia you might recognize from earlier pictures (her nickname is Synthe), and Typhonia (named for Typhon) is an updated version of the 'destruction' being. Harmonia is new, and I think a worthy addition. Goddesses are just better in threes.
Harmonia wants the world to stop changing and never progress. Typhonia wants the world to destroy itself in grand apocalyptic fashion. Synesthesia wants the freedom to mess around in a world that never ends. The actual welfare of the people seems to be the last thing on any of the goddesses' minds...

I like it! However, there's more to being evil than just twirling one's mustache. All three of these Goddesses seem to be only interested in what /they/ want, and what anyone else wants -- or what might be best for them -- doesn't matter at all. Hate to say it, but that sort of attitude to me /is/ evil.
I dunno about that. Harmonia wants people to feel calm and secure, Synesthesia wants people to feel creatively joyful, and Typhonia wants people to feel confident and strong. All good things, and all arguably what might be best for someone, even if the goddesses themselves are mostly selfish.
