Since it'd be hard to have a setting based on exploration and rescue without any info on what the world itself is like, here one of a few cards I'm doing to give a brief description of each region, along with an idea of what Guild activity in each area is like.

Between the terrain, the volcano and the two gangs trying to screw up the rest of the world by abusing legendary Pokemon, the game version of Hoenn always seemed like a kinda crappy place to live in my opinion. (And Bulbapedia says Absol is supposed to be feline-like, so that's why the species tag is as it is, nyah.)
