After some good training, you really need some rest, so I thought that would be what they will be getting. Love how it turned out, very wholesome indeed x3

Chapter 22:
Their duel was only half the fighting they did on that day. Because not only was it very insightful to learn from each other, they also realized that they were complimentary in combat. Remembering how they covered eac hotehr during their critical fights, they tested some attacks and positioning together, feeling a strong connection there and the potential for some incredible teamplay.
They kept on going for a long time, before eventually finishing up and laying under a tree, satisfied with their discoveries and training. Not only that, but they kept talking and discussing options and techniques and were very enthusiastic to engage more with it.
Yet as all was said, they kept quiet for a while, a listening to the sounds of nature around them while just enjoying each others company. And how much they enjoyed it. Being able to talk to one another so enthusiastically was one thing, but a whole other thing to enjoy silence together. Having gotten a bit of a stiff shoulder, Placira invited Incnedramon to rest his head on her legs, he accepted the gesture gladly and found it quite comfortable. Looking up at her and the sky, Incendramon felt again what simple happiness could feel like. And he was glad. And so was Placira, having him close to her like this.
