One of my friends offered me way more than what I was asking for on one of my old purge adopts, so I wanted to make a complimentary add on for them! I haven't drawn ponies in ages, heck.
Once in a blue moon I do colored line art, but I figured it would be optimal considering when I made this design, I chose pure black for their base color. We'll . . . just ignore how rushed the collar is. . .
