Wings huh? Good work, but practice on proportion more. Head is still too big. You start drawing the head first I bet. I tend to do the same, but it makes proportion harder to work out. Get yourself a nice anatomy for the artist book. Theres a neat Anthro anatomy book called Freaks! by Steve Miller (he went to the same college I did!). Its pretty good. Has nice tips. Also, the book Dynamic Figure Drawing is a good one. ^_^
