the f59ch is a refitted f40c with an emd 12-710 which offered the same amount of horsepower than its smaller brother, an emd 16-645, with 4 less cylinders and a more modern engine, this thing flies, it has a transition set that allows it to pick up speed and hills with ease, even limited with horsepower, those are commuter and passenger ready with a cumming headend power generator at the back of the locomotive, allowing to give its coaches the needed power
and not only MARRS have gotten them, they were generous and allowed ECDR to have some in their roster aswell as anotehr company of a friend of mine, those unit shall speed through the land!
