Nah, I think that's a sub necklace. It's a piece of discreet day-wear that's supposed to be a less obvious submissive collar that's used a lot in BDSM culture. Both she & Red have one, & as far as I'm aware, so does Beruca as their dominant- though it likely has a different design than theirs.

does it match Red's? because it could be a dom collar. sometimes dom collars of that shape hide cage keys inside, so their sub remains locked unless they intervene.

I think- going off how Show Of The Ropes ended- both Chloe & Red are Beruca's subs now, & the three of them are in a polycule/throuple. So if any of these three has the dom collar that unlocks the others', it's likely Beruca.
