I'm getting a young femal cinimon ball python that i hope to breed one day! I'd LOVE to breed her with a lesser platnim, a pied, or even a blue-eyed lucy!!

You can ask but I've never owned a BP and can only guess how they are from what I know about corns and sand boas ^-^ You'd probably have better luck finding some BP forums to hang out at!

Last year I got three nice babies that ended up doing well... hoping for a few more this year :)

this is one of her babies from last year that I held on to - though the father was not the other sunkissed but a lavender male (I think they might make some STUNNING lavender sunkisseds with all that orange...)
She's not as red but still pretty darn colorful, I think!

i actually REALLY like that colour combination, the bright, solid orange and red with a nice thick helping of black on the saddles. gonna get one like that one day and name him snickers :)

I know! These guys look a lot like BRBs (though without the stunning iridescence, alas!)
It's the combo of solid orange/red that looks the same in their saddles as well as the background, and the sunkissed gene also seems to affect pattern, in this case making the saddles more circular.

Interesting...will you be selling any of the babies if it is successful? If so, I would definitely be interested in getting maybe a pair of them, or at least a female. I know it was on my "Want" list for future projects.

I'll think about it... I was planning just to wholesale all babies out-of-the-egg this year (and have a buyer lined up with a contract) as I don't know how much time I'll have to sort things out individually, but if I have time I'd like to give any of this one's hatchlings special treatment, as I think they deserve it...

They definitely would! And as I said, I'd love to get sunkissed into my stock..i'd rather buy from someone i know and not a random breeder I've never talked to before.

I've only ever offered one up for sale so far, but she sold pretty quick for $50, that's probably what I'd ask if I had any available this year!

Thanks! And yeah, it took alot of time and patience, but I finally got her to eat! I did notice as she was eating though she has some slight problems with opening her mouth...but once she gets it, she doesn't stop! And she has definitely proven herself to be a good feeder, if only on live. I've only given her ASF's though, so who knows how she'd take either a tiny rat pink or a mouse fuzzy...will see what happens though!

And yeah, most people probably would have given up but..I believed in her! I knew it would take time, and it worked out!
