Haha, poor Pudding.
He isn't a janitor for the labyrinth specifically. It was kind of hinted or shown that most of the people were kind of forced to clean up the labyrinth and most of them have different jobs. Pudding was mentioned to be a nurse at the bar, Lynn is actually a full time janitor.
